Ingvar is an Icelandic-qualified attorney with rights of audience before the District Courts. In recent years, he has been actively involved in M&A and private equity transactions as well as commercial litigation. Ingvar has an LL.M degree in International Financial Law from King’s College London. His area of expertise extends to buy side and sell side transaction work, leveraged and acquisition finance and commercial dispute resolution. Ingvar has worked at Juris since 2021.
